The General in charge of the ground assault during the Battle of Hoth.
An Imperial officer during the time of the Galactic Civil War who was put in charge of the ground attack during the Battle of Hoth.
After joining the Imperial armed forces with a fervor towards armored vehicles, Veers rose quickly through the ranks of the military. His passion led to an assignment aboard the first Death Star but was unable to begin his job there after the battle of Yavin which saw Luke Skywalker destroy the space station. Despite the setback for the Empire the death of so many Imperial officers further bolstered Veers' career.
Veers' talent was noticeable and he soon saw a promotion to Major General in Darth Vader's own fleet. This is where, after discovering the new rebel base on the planet Hoth, Veers was put in charge of the ground assault in hopes of destroying the rebels once and for all. Despite letting the bulk of the rebels escape the Empire won mostly thanks to Veers' destruction of the rebel's shield generator.
Despite a near death experience later in the battle Veers would continue to serve until his quickly rising career caught the wrongful eye of another Imperial. This led to Veers' demotion and assignment to a suicide mission which lived up to it's name.
Unyieldingly aggressive, Veers took pride in the power he wielded against his opponents as well as utterly destroying them.
