Nicolas Cage returns as the Ghost Rider and is hired to protect a mother and son who are being hunted by Blackout, a mysterious man turned into the Devil's minion, who also happens to be very well informed of the rider's past identities and strength.
In the scene where Johnny Blaze is explaining the powers of the devil, there is a shot where the devil is shaking hands with an emissary. The devil and the emissary in that scene are Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the directors of the film.
