Nearing retirement, and facing the rigors of old age, Harlan Williams (Keith Szarabajka) is splashed by mysterious chemicals in a lab explosion. Williams finds himself miraculously getting younger, but his former employers, and a nefarious government agency set him and his wife on the run.
