Fifteen years ago, in Haddonfield, Illinois, a 6-year-old boy named Michael Myers brutally murdered his older sister seemingly without remorse. Institutionalized, Myers' therapist has one diagnosis for his patient: the boy is pure evil. Now he's escaped and returned to his hometown to wage a campaign of murder against a group of teenage girls the likes of which the Midwest has never seen.
