Great scenery I liked it more then most of the reviews for that.  The Deathly Hallows animation was cool. I didn't notice any thing to huge missing from the film that was in the book.
As for Half Blood Prince I re-watched  a few hours ago, still annoyed by them leaving out the battle in the castle.

I really liked it. It definitely slowed down during the middle of the film, but it wasn't unbearable.

I loved it. Beautiful cinematography, consistently good acting on all sides for once, compelling, mature, great character development, dark yet hilarious, etc. It's one of my favorites of the series thus far, and I can't wait for part two.

I really liked it. I think it's one of the best Potter movies. Just for reference, I've never read any of the books.

I didn't really get what Rorie was complaining about. There were some slow parts but there almost always are. I think they actually split the "camping" parts up a decent bit with some action. I also understood everything completely, I think maybe Rorie was just too tired by the end of his Potter marathon to remember some of the vital details in Half-Blood Prince. I ussually hate when movies toss in animated scenes but it didn't bother me here. It was a telling of a folk tale and the animation kind of fit with that. I also didn't mind the way it ended. I actually tend to like cliffhangers even if they are maddening to start but this wasn't even that bad. I mean you kind of had to expect it and the ending didn't feel any different from the way a lot of films in a series go. Matrix Reloaded and POTC: Dead Man's Chest are examples I can think of. Really looking forward to Part 2 even though it's kind of sad there will be no more Potter films after that. Should be interesting to see if the actors can move on to anything else meaningful.

I'd give it a 3/5. It wasn't offensive, but I didn't particularly like it. It was a pretty average movie that had a couple of interesting sequences but also had a significant amount of problems.

It drags a bit but overall it was one of the more enjoyable Potter films. I haven't read the book however, and can't compare.

Thanks for saving me having to type anything. Heh! I've seen it twice and I think it's a really good film and switches between the fast paced action elements and slower, closer character-building scenes well. I really like the style David Yates has brought to this series. I am consistently impressed by the way they present Harry's visions, for example.

Apparently they left that out to avoid repetition when it came to Deathly Hallows, which works for me.

@Icon: I liked the first half, but the wondering, was kind of.... I know it was effect, but it was long, and that dance scene, was...

@mithhunter55: Good point I would have like to see them use the Luck viris to fight death eaters, also i didn't think they needed to light the house on fire, I thought it was 2 much
