When someone wants to seek vengeance against another, he/she enters their tormentor's name on a website to summon Ai Enma, whom has the power to send him/her straight to Hell. However, it comes with a price.

Trivia:

Not much bad language was uttered in the series, but on the English dubbed version of Episode 7 (Cracked Mask) many F-Bombs were dropped by the Hell Correspondence's client for that episode.
