Anyone else feel the blu ray was kind of lacking? The behind the scenes stuff was okay but was very short. The second disk doesn't have a ton that I'm interested in. I'll watch the documentary and prologue but its seems to be a little thin. Soundtrack was cool though.

Chris Nolan is notorious for being rather sparse on behind the scenes stuff. 
 
As you can probably tell from his movie The Prestige, he a a great reverence for performance magic and he said he feels movies are also like magic and doesn't like to give away too many secrets.

I cant comment on the extras yet but ill get Inception bluray just so i can have the best looking Inception

I am disappointed by the lack of a commentary track, though I was not expecting one since Nolan has not done one since Insomnia.  Which is too bad because Insomnia's commentary track is pretty awesome, it actually recuts the scenes in the order that they were filmed and Nolan gets really technical about the whole process. 
 
I will say that extraction mode doesn't make up for the lack of commentary but I find the featurettes fairly insightful none the less. Disc 2 is pretty sparse though, kind of surprises me they could not fit that content on Disc 1.

I can't get the Digital copy activation to work - just get an "update your flash" message even though I have the latest version. Anyone else have this problem?

@John: Mine activated fine.  I opted for the WMV version and it made me download some Warner Bros. Media Downloader thing/app... can't remember the specific name.  Have you gotten that far yet?  It was basically a program I installed and linked to my e-mail, which allowed me to download two WMVs of Inception, one a rather large somewhat-high-res file and the other a "portable" lower-res file (which doesn't actually play on my Zune).   I did all of this in Google Chrome, for what it's worth.  Have you tried downloading/activating with more than one browser?
