Detective Keith Fraizer is called in on what appears to be a standard bank-robbery-turned-hostage-situation, but it quickly spirals out of his control as he is caught without the facts, between the robbers and a mysterious woman acting on a hidden agenda for powerful people.

The ground scenes for the bank were filmed inside a real bank, whereas the underground scenes of the bank were filmed in a bank movie set in Brooklyn, New York.
