After a freak accident Max Dillion is turned into Electro and Spiderman needs to protect the people and save him from himself.And O yea there is still school to attend.
  Plot Summary
  Dr. Curt Connors is explaining to Eddie and the interns the possibilities of a new bio electricity source from genetically altered eels. All of the electricity though is forcing them to upgrade there wiring which is being done by Max Dillon. After Connars sends everyone home and is waiting on Dillon to finish; Dillon causes a accident blasting him with electricity and the bio electricity from the eels. Rushed to the hospital his body is soon covered in a insulation suit, meant to protect him and the people around him. 
 
Peter after barley making it to class gets a perfect score on his latest biology test. Liz Allen and Flash Thompson though are not so lucky. The teacher suggests Liz get tutoring from Peter in order to raise her grade. Begrudgingly both sides agree to give the tutoring thing a shot.  
 
During their first session Liz but is being completely ignored. Dillon having had enough of hospitals and not happy with Connars lack of a cure storms out of the hospital. Eventually Dillon winds up trying to get a cup of coffee but is unable to drink it making him more angry and blowing out all the electrical equipment in the building. Peter seeing Dillon run out thinking him to be nothing more than a thug goes to stop him. 
 
During the battle Spider man is defeated by the angry and wild Dillon.  
 
Feeling bad about how he ran away from Liz during there first tutoring session he gives her another shot telling her to meet him at the ESU lab.  
 
The police and hospital doctors stop  Dillon from going home angry out them he storms off to the EDU lab for Connars help. Dr. Connors,Peter,Gwen, and Eddie are working on a way to contain Max long enough to find a cure. When Dillon arrives he threatens the staff and Connors wife to force him to work quicker for a cure. Eddie throws himself at Dillon giving Peter enough time to get Gwen and Liz out and into a adjacent building.  While running to safety Peter jumps away and changes into his costume. 
 
As Spider-man he apologizes to Dillon for attacking him for no real reason the other night. Dillon now calling himself Electro isn't excepting and begins to attack Spider-man. Eventually the battle goes outside to a radio tower that becomes charged with Electros energy. Spider-man is able to knock Electro into the ESU swimming pool causing Electro to short out and lose consciousness.  
 
The next day at school Liz initially is friendly to Peter until Flash and his gang shows up. At the lab Dr. Curt Connars finds a vial of his lizard DNA fusion that has been charged by Electro.
