Hmm, well it's been quite some time since I've seen one but I remember enjoying Hard Target a lot and, of course Timecop.

Mine would probably be Universal Soldier, or Street Fighter!

Bloodsport & Sudden death

Sudden Death is a very good action movie in my opinion and it's probably one of the most underrated films by him.

Hard Target

Some friends and I have seen this movie too many times, and we enjoy purposefully misquoting the film, though the actual dialogue is amazing/terrible/amazing again.
