Lawrence of Arabia is a drama film directed by David Lean and produced by Sam Spiegel, released in 1962. It depicts the epic tale of T.E. Lawrence and his role in the Arab Revolt during WW1. The film is considered by many to be one of the greatest and most important films of all time, with the main theme by Maurice Jarre being one of the recognizable scores in film history.
