Let the Right One In is a Swedish vampire film set in the early 1980's in the town of Blackeburg. It tells the story of a 12 year old boy who is bullied at school and his friendship with a vampire child who lives in the next apartment.

Trivia:

The name of the film/novel was based on the myth that vampires need to be invited in before they can enter someone's home. It also refers to the song "Let the Right One Slip In" by Morrissey.
