She's over $300,000 in debt, doesn't seem terribly sure about her sexuality, has squandered her good looks (subjective) with copious intake of drugs and booze, her family leeches off of what's left of her fame, and the only movies she's being cast in are cheap exploitation films that have her running around topless. 
 
I'm sure she'll come out of this fine.

She went from one of the cutest most recognized young actresses into somebody that is ugly(not subjective) and almost unemployable as an actress.  The only time I here about her acting is when she gets fired from yet another job.

There's no way she's going to make the cut-off to complete the additional three alcohol awareness courses required by the courts, what with her being "stuck" in Cannes. I truly, honestly hope she goes to prison this time. It just might actually do her some good.

@OmegaPirate:  Maybe that's how they can do an American appropriation of Battle Royal? Scoop up all the horrible teen pop/film idles like Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, Miley Cyrus etc, ditch em on on an island & have them fight it out for freedom. That's definitely how you get me to watch a US version of that movie.
