Official "Lost" Series Finale Discuss Thread

I know a lot of you, along with myself, and the staff are uber excited about the series finale of Lost and how it all ends, so I figured we'd have a single thread for the discussion.  Leading up to and after, you may also discuss other topics related to Lost, like your favorite character(s), episode(s), memories, etc.
 
While I am sad to see it go, I am eternally happy for what "Lost" has brought to TV.  Thank you, J. J. Abrams & Co., for bringing back hope for network television.
 
P.S.  I call first dibs on the "Lost: The Complete Series" Blu-Ray set that is all but certain to be released.

My favorite character from early on has been Locke.  In my opinion Terry O'Quinn does an excellent job in the role of Locke, no matter how many times his personality has changed he has been believable with the many emotions that he has went through.

If Terry O'Quinn does not win for his outstanding peformance as Man in Black and Locke in The Substitute then I honestly have no idea who else is more deserving.
 
I'm excited about hte finale, unlike others, I am open to whatever they show us. Others have a very specific theory they want to show to carry on, just watch it and see if it works

I'll watch it all tomorrow. I want to watch the pre-show any behind the scenes and everything before the actual finale, and I HATE commercials, so I'm just letting the DVR record it. Which also means I'll basically have to avoid the internet like the plague for the next 24 hours or so, lol.

I am officially going into internet blackout starting at 6 pacific time. My anti-twitter bunker shall be impenetrable.
 
Sincerely, I don't think I've looked forward to an episode of television like this one in as long as I can remember. Only one I can even reasonably put in the same ballpark was when I was like 13 and the Star Trek: TNG finale approached.

@Alex: Yeah, I have only been on Whiskey Media sites all this week.  Apparently it was already spoiled on some Lost fan sites earlier this weekend.
 
My entire night is going to be "Lost".  A special is coming up at 6 pm CST and go until the start of the finale at 8pm, which goes until 10:15pm and then Jimmy Kimmel starts with all of the cast going to be on his show.
 
Tonight is going to be awesome to the max.

This is the second most looked forward to episode of my life.  Here's hoping for no black screens on this one.

The Alias set was sweet (including hidden bonus disc) in the shape of the rambaldi box.  I'd assume the Lost one would be in the shape of the hatch.

this is more like a regular 45 minute episode with extra commercials.

Give them credit it is more like 2 regular episodes with an extra 30 minutes of comercials.  But I have seen A LOT of commercials so far.

also.... this is not the HOLY FUCKING SHIT?! ending i hoped for...... but then again, still like 20 minutes of the actual show left (fucking commercial my goodness!)
