Definitely 'The Raid.' I haven't watched an action movie that has fast paced, well choreographed, steadily shot, fight scenes in a while.
The Raid looks good, but I doubt I'll see it in theaters. I'm actually hearing good things about John Carter, so that has me excited. Hunger Games isn't my cup of tea. 21 Jump St might surprise all of us an be awesome, and Jeff, Who Lives At Home has a lot of fantastic talent behind it, and the trailer was really good.
Have to go with The Raid. Everyone is saying amazing things but doubtful it will play anywhere near me.
March preview and it's still February? Crazy
THE RAID
So, I've managed to catch John Carter early because the military base that my dad was stationed at got an advanced screening, and I gotta say it was pretty fun. My dad is way into the Edgar Rice Burroughs Barsoom books, and got me to go see it with him. In short, it is a pretty exciting sci-fi adventure, although it is a bit thick with the mythos and terminology that kinda shows it is a movie based on a book, but overall the action, sci-fi, and comic beats were pretty good.
oooo, just one...
The Raid with Casa de mi Padre being a close second
Hunger Games easily. Was surprised at how much I enjoyed the books and am looking forward to the movie.
Really not interested in any of those movies.
March is going to be all about Mass Effect.
JEFF, WHO LIVES AT HOME! It's the Duplass Brothers and Jason Segel, come on guys.
Mirror Mirror looks like it's going to be the new Nut Cracker! I heard it made kids cry.
John Carter is the one I'll be seeing hopefully
The Hunger Games. But I'm also looking forward to John Carter. I'm reviewing both, so yay press pass.
The Raid definitely caught my interest. The only other two that came close were John Carter and 21 Jump St. That said, I'm not sure I'll actually get a chance to see any of those so might have to wait for DVD/Blu-Ray releases.
Wow, almost nothing remotely interests me, but I like the concept of Silent House, and Hunger Games had me at "kids killing each other". Hmmm... I suppose I'll go with Hunger Games.
The Raid looks awesome, can't wait to check it out.
Hunger Games, obviously.
Might end up reading all the books before it comes out, though. As soon I finish Asimov's Foundation, that is.
Excuse my lack of knowledge, but is "The Hunger Games" a battle royale remake?
I would have said Billion Dollar Movie but I've already seen it. I might go see it again just to see the reactions in the theater. Other than that, I guess I'll see Hunger Games.
