Peter just can't catch a break. Gwen isn't talking to him, he can't seem to get help Harry. Also Montana is back with a new suit calling himself the Shocker.

  Plot Summary 
 
After Montana and his Enforcers steal a suit from Tricorps Montana dons the power suit to fulfill his contract of taking out Spider-man.  At Harrys penthouse he tries to tutor Harry but while checking his email discovers the Bugle wants to pay him for his pictures of Spider-man casuing him to run off promesing return later to finsh studying. After being thrown out by Jameson Peter returns and gets him money.          

Marco and  O'Hirn pull another heist alerting Spider-man and drawing him into a trap at a garbage disposal plant. With him trapped Montana now calling himself Shocker proceeds to blast him around the building. After awhile Shocker blasts Spider-man into a trash compactor, activates it and is satisfied he has fulfilled his contract. Surviving the battle Peter runs off discovering his check is destroyed.  
 
During P.E. he challanges Flash to a race but is rebuffed by his smell.He also accidently throws a volleyball at Gwens face. After class he makes plans with Harry to meet up again and study after he replaces his check. Later he once again stops Marko and O'Hirn from stealing electronics telling them he wants a rematch with Shocker.  
 
The next day at school Harry is still mad that Peter never returned to study with him. Harry ends up enlisting the help of Gwen instead of Peter. Flash is there to rub it in even more. 
 
After running into Jamesons assistant Betty Brant and awkwardly asking her to go to his Fall Formal he is shook by an apparent earthquake. Realizing it to be the work of Shocker tracks him down for their rematch. He finds him in an old abandoned theater. During the battle he tricks Shocker into blowing the supports in the theater causing it to crumble and fall on top of him.  
 
Peter finally makes it home and on time giving her a portion of the money he got from the Bugle. Meanwhile Norman Osborn chastise his son for not taking control of his life relying on Parker and Gwens help.It is revealed that he was having a conversation with Hammer Head,the Big Mans second. The Big Man wants Osborn to create more " S upervillain" to distract Spider-man from the Big Mans business.
