Marty McFly

Background

The son of George and Lorraine McFly, Marty is a high schooler who helps out eccentric local inventor Doc Brown with his various devices. When the Doc is attacked by the terrorists he bought plutonium from to power his time machine Marty hops inside and accidentally transports himself back in time to 1955, inadvertently altering the timeline. When Marty went to 1955, his mother wanted a romantic relationship with him, but Marty was only trying to get his father (George) and his mother to kiss so that he and his other siblings would survive. Marty has succeeded at accomplishing to reunite his parents while also changing some minor things. Marty has been in the year 2015 to save his son, Marty Jr., and also to an alternate 1985 (which was created by Biff). The final adventure of Marty and Doc was in Back to the future III with the two traveling to 1885, the time machine was destroyed after this and Marty had changed his future by the end of the three films.

Personality and Traits

Marty is a professional at the guitar, even having his own band called the Pinheads. Prior to his events in 1955, Marty was afraid to send his demo tape of his skills to a record company, stating that he "couldn't take any rejection." After meeting, and changing the love of his mother and father, Marty became more confident and sure of his skills. One of Marty's biggest challenges is being called "chicken." Marty will never back down from a fight if called chicken and it was also the name calling that got his hand messed up and made him loose the ability for him to play the guitar. This was all before Marty changed his future in Back To The Future III. After that, he became rich and famous with playing the guitar.
