I've been waiting for this movie for too long now. Just release it already!

seen it in theaters (thank god i get to see something before you americans for once) its quite good but the depiction of depression was to harsh and unrelenting for my liking.

it just hit al little bit close to home, but it also did not stop hitting... not for everyone!

What the fuck is this movie?

Here's my simple sypnosis: Kirsten Dunst has to come out of depression to face an impending apocalypse of a planet on its path to colliding with Earth.

Saw this a while ago, left me speechless. Kirsten Dunst should pick up award noms after this.

I kinda now want to see it again. Goooooooooooooorgeous cinematography.

Earth has sex? That is how I interpreted this trailer.

Saw it in a theater a few days ago. Visually great at times, but I didn't like it at all. The shakycam was nauseating and everyone is an asshole. I know that's the point, but it left me not caring about anyone in movie at all. After a while, I just wanted the planet to hit faster.
Also, the pace is weird... cinematography is fast and twitchy, but the story moves at a snails pace.

I hate these kind of artsy films, I don't my art but I hate it when people make art for the sake of art.

Poweman 5000? I'm there.

@Mr_skeleton: Well basically those shots from the trailer are kind of all the artsy stuff it has, and are all shown during the first five minutes of the movie. The rest is mostly human drama in face of impending doom.

That feels like a trailer for a movie that just begging for people to "Not get it." so it can poke fun.

I might see this. But Kristen Dunst...uuughhh god.

After the tedious misogony-fest that was Antichrist, I'm really not sure I want to even bother with this one.

How was Antichrist misogynistic?

Trailer 2: Melancholia

True fact: this movie was inspired by the Powerman 5000 song "When Worlds Collide." Fact two: It'll hit Video On Demand a month before its theatrical release in America.

Melancholia Trailer (Mildly NSFW)

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I want to see Kristen Dunst get naked.
