Cyberpunk With a Chance of Rain

Dystopian Futures Don't Have Inflation
Pretty much every single year, money goes down in value (be it the euro, pound, or dollar). Yet in cinematic futures where everything sucks, money has the exact same amount of value as the year it came out. I, ROBOT is a noticeable exception. |
|
|

Ridiculous Software
Sure, most REAL programs might be dull to look at in a film. But all those extraneous readouts/dials/random graphics can't do anything but hinder your tech-crime spree/government investigation/robot suit. |
