Gracie Hart (Bullock) works for the FBI; she is the specializes in the Terrorist unit; She was well known around the office for "Being one of the guys" However she receives an assignment to infiltrate the Miss America Beauty Pageant going under the name of "Gracie Lou FreeBush. She switches from a Tom-boy to a Beauty queen within a matter of days, and becomes runner up in the Pageant. However she discovers that the Morningside's have rigged the pageant crown to explode so that Kathy Morningside may keep her crown. In the End Gracie is awarded "Miss Congeniality".
