Loved it.. I wish it were this December that it was being released.

I'm definitely excited for this movie and part 2. Martin Freeman was fantastic in Sherlock and I think he's just perfect for Bilbo Baggins. Maybe it's about time I got around to reading these books, right?

Getting that feeling I got when the LotR movies were coming out. Everytime a trailer came out for the next one I got as giddy as a school girl.

EDIT: Now that I've calmed down a bit, interesting to see Rivendale stuff and Galadriel. I haven't read the book in a while but I'm pretty sure those are new. As long as any additions/subtractions are done well, I'm happy, I don't expect exact book to movie translations anymore. Hollywood has drilled that out of me.

Could never make it through the LOTR book trilogy...now the Hobbit I think was a much better and more exciting book. Actually very excited about this one!

Of course i'll be waiting for the "Lord of G Strings" version of The Hobbit.

Looks amazing, though I was excited to see that Tel Toro would do. I'm loving that we will have the same director on the LOTR trilogy and the Hobbit. And now for the waiting over the next 12 months and the another 12 after that :)
