Here's a look at what's new on Netflix. As per usual, the first of the month is when a lot of new streaming contracts come into play, and here's a look at some of the new movies that have been added.
- TRON: Legacy
- Breakfast At Tiffany's
- Super Troopers
- King Kong (1976)
- Chinatown
- Midnight Cowboy
- Case 39
- The Russia House
- Planes, Trains, And Automobiles
- The Last Exorcism (Oct 8th)
TV Shows, too! New seasons or entire runs of:

I watched Deep Space Nine for a few seasons, but stopped after that. I felt that it was not as good as The Next Generation, which I have to admit, is my favorite Star Trek Show.
@FreakAche: We just got last years oscar contenders like 127 hours, True Grit and Black Swan. We also got Gigli and That Justin Bieber movie.
That's 1 movie and 2 shows I'm happy with them adding. This is good.

Season 2 had some very good episodes, like Measure of a Man.
I'm excited the The Wonder Years is finally up. Sadly, they've replaced the Joe Cocker version of the Beatles' song "With a Little Help From My Friends". Now there's a crappier version playing over the opening credits. All the other original music is intact in the couple episodes I've watched so far, but it's an unfortunate loss nonetheless. The original opening is so iconic....
@FreakAche: It looks like "Never say Never" was recently released for our viewing pleasure.
Does Midnight Cowboy start streaming later this month? I just checked, and it's not available for streaming..... I watched Marathon Man recently and enjoyed pre-Fockers Dustin Hoffman so I thought I might check MC out.
DS9 the best Star Trek. Well now I've heard it all.
Malcolm in the Middle is new to Netflix, too. At least, I don't believe I'd seen it on there before. Only the first season came out on DVD, so that's a pretty great add!
TNG's the greatest Trek. I thought we all agreed that DS9 was the black sheep of the franchise. Even after Enterprise, which is now a legend purely because of Screened.com's Matt Rorie. Say it with me now; It's been a loooong road. Getting from there to here.....
I hope Netflix acquires some non-Star Trek 90's sci fi soon now too. Seaquest DSV, Babylon 5 - those kinds of shows.
I only watched until season 4 of DS9, now I have my chance to finish the series so that's cool.
Yay, Chinatown! I've had it downloaded on my PS3 for a year now...time to watch it legally AWWWWW YEAH
i call bullshit cause plane, trains and automobiles is not up on streaming
