SuperHeroHype has a number of new set photos from The Man of Steel, all of which give us a more detailed look at Supes' new costume, as well as Henry Cavill's remarkably muscular build. Might wanna lay a towel down on your chairs ladies, because it's about to get a little moist in here.
As you can see in the above images, Superman now lacks red underpants. Also, you can see some of the fringe details on the side of the costume, which make the scaliness of his costume...I dunno, fancier? I will say that the costume looks better up close than it did in that initial production still, though honestly, if you're going to ditch the red underwear, the giant S on the chest looks sort of naked without it. Maybe less so with the cape on (which Cavill apparently only has off in these shots because it's between takes). I dunno. It's still Superman.

I'm not sure how I feel about the new costume. I don't hate it, or even actively dislike it, it's just... I dunno. I guess I'm indifferent slightly leaning to dislike. Meh.
