Swear Words: The Most Important Part Of The Oscars

Obviously, when we think of the 2011 Oscars, we'll think about all the swears in them.

Really, when one thinks about Oscar winners, you think about how often people sweared in those movies. Obviously youtube user swearcuts has thought a lot about this because he has created the perfect supercut of all the swearwords in what I assume is the best picture nominees (I haven't watched the whole thing because Emma Stone was in it and then I was in my bunk) and that's fun.

Profane indeed! I mean calling each other fools is just mean...

Edit: The Descendants probably had the best/most of it.

HAHA Fucked-up hoebag twat... good stuff.

I really found something off putting about the way that kid swore in Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close. Kids don't really talk that way.

A lot of that wasn't even swearing, I mean 'Selfish', 'Little Man' and 'Inebriated'. Really? Those Oscar picks don't leap out as fountains of profanity. Apart from The Descendants of course, but the way they pronounce 'twat' weirds me out.

Why do people in this day and age care one bit about swearing? Also I'm pretty sure it's "swore" not "sweared".

I had the same reaction. In what universe was that necessary? Also, can somebody SuperConfirm this? It seems too manipulative to be real.

Half of those aren't even swears.
