After reading article about claustrophobic action films, it is interesting to think about how much the Die Hard franchise has changed. Now on the fifth film, John McClane is no longer stuck in the confines of one building, but is now fighting some bad guys all over Russia. For the first time, we will see John McClane kicking ass with his son played by Jai Courtney and I can't help but wonder if they trying to set up a successor for the franchise?
Seeing Bruce Willis bring his A-game to Looper, made me all sorts of pumped for anything new he does. Yippee ki-yay, motherfuckers.

after the amazing previous entry in the Die Hard series, i'm on board with this. have yet to see a Die Hard i didn't enjoy.
Kind of bummed they are going with the Len Wisemen bigger generic looking action film instead of, well, "Die Hard on/in a _____" (someone should write about those many movies).
Still this is Die Hard I'll watch it.
Boy I hope that John McClane is in the film and not just Bruce Willis playing Bruce Willis.

Wow, didn't think this was going to out so soon. Last I heard about it was when Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear (UK) said they had been invited to russia to film a stunt scene for the new die hard movie.
Still, Die Hard.. huzzah

Die Hard 4 was simply put, not a Die Hard film and that really ruined it for me. As a stand alone action film, it was very well done, but it just didn't seem to respect the films before it and for me tarnished the franchise.
I wouldn't be surpirsed if this was more of the same. A good action film, but a bad Die Hard film.
im really embarrassed to admit i have never seen a DIE HARD film.
Die Hard 4 sucked the mac kid ruined it wtf was he doing in a Die Hard movie and PG-13 didn't help hopefully this one will be better.I would like a Christmas setting like die hard 1 and 2 and bring back Holly. I heard Willis wanted to but I don't think she will be in here.The old script mention on imdb sounded so much better then this also why does he always need a sidekick this one is his son he's better off as a lonewolf going through vents.
