Because they used a Sigur Ros song for the trailer (which is my favorite band of all time) I will now go see this movie. Okay, I was probably going to go see it anyways, but it sealed the deal.
There is more dialogue in this trailer, and we see how the story will be framed, but they have yet to show how they will handle the fact that the majority of the story occurs with one boy in a boat with a tiger. From what I can tell, they might be resting it all on the visuals, and if they succeed with making them great, dreamy and beautiful, it just might be enough.
The film is based on the best selling novel by Yann Martel.

Classic example of a trailer showing too much, from that trailer alone you already know every major plot point in the entire movie.
Sigur Ros is also my favorite band.
Ok now this movie makes a lot more sense and seems to look visually amazing. Now I'm just a tad interested.
