Remeber yesterday when I said TV wasn't back "yet"? Well it is now and O what it hath brought. The return of Justified, and start ofKiller Women and Intelligence. Marvel's Agents of SHIELD is also back and hopefully they turn things around.
TOP PICK: Justified FX 10 p.m. – The promo for this show has been called “Rascal”, that’s a good synonym for “terrible bully/asshole” but o do we love Raylan Givens anyway. Plus we’ll frequently get updates on the wild drug dealing misadventures of Boyd Crowder and Wynn Duffy
On The Waterfront TCM, 8 p.m. – One of the great Brando films, On The Waterfront chronicles two brothers in between the mob and unions.
Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. ABC, 8 p.m. – Ok Agents of SHILED is back, by now things should start to change (if they ever are going to). The show finally attempts to answer “what’s in the box” or more likely “what is Coulson”. With this shows track record, I expect none of that to be answered and Joss Whedon will be on screen doing Jazz Hands saying just wait for it.
Intelligence CBS 9 p.m. – Everyone keeps selling this as “Hunky Chuck”, which sounds rather souless and uninterestingly broad. I haven’t read/heard great things but it isn’t hot garbage either, utterly average is the consensus. Hopefully this turns into the show the next slot over.
Person Of Interest CBS 10 p.m. – This show has slowly gotten a LOT better and more interesting to watch. It’s back tonight, but Resse maybe out of action.
Cougar Town TBS 10 p.m. – Abed Nadir likes this show! When I’ve watch it, it hasn’t been terrible like the name and commercials make it appear.
Killer Women ABC 10 p.m. – Part of me hopes this is female Justified, the other part of me knows this is unlikely to occur. Still from producer Sofia Vergara comes a female led show about a bad ass Texas Ranger, who has to take down those titular Killer Women.
