Television! The weekend! Things! And stuff! Argh!
| Torchwood Friday at 10PM - Starz - The plot description for tonight's episode uses the term "mysterious malefactor," which, sadly, is not actually as gay a term as I thought it was originally. | |
| Hooters' 2011 Swimsuit Pageant Friday at 9PM - Spike TV - I literally have no idea what it is I'm even linking to here. I did a site search for "Hooters" and this came up, which is great. I don't know why this is on our site. It probably shouldn't be. But whatever, feel free to watch the above swimsuit pageant I've mentioned. I bet it'll be a classy affair. | |
| Haven Friday at 9PM - SyFy - People still watch this, right? I'm not wasting my time mentioning it, right? | |
| Breaking Bad Sunday at 10PM - AMC - Apologies for not talking about last week's premiere on the podcast last week. I actually hadn't watched the episode yet, as it was on my TiVo. I have since watched and yeah. This season's gonna be goooooood. | |
| Same Name Sunday at 9PM - CBS - In what literally may be the most lazy concept for a reality show I've ever heard, Same Name has celebrities trading places with people who share...get ready for it it...the exact same name as them! First up is David Hasselhoff, which all but ensures this won't last more than four episodes. | |
| Curb Your Enthusiasm Sunday at 10PM - HBO - Last week's episode was too awkward and hilariously misogynistic even for my girlfriend, who adores this show. This week Larry will get into trouble at a Palestinian restaurant. I don't even know if I can watch that. | |
| Entourage Sunday at 10:30PM - HBO - Here is my requisite mention of HBO's douchebag show having its final season premiere. I'll see you guys again when it has its series finale. | |
| Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Sunday at 9PM - VH1 - "Bai Ling's therapy reveals childhood trauma." You mean a woman who has made a career of outlandish, drunken behavior that seems exclusively designed to get as much attention as humanly possible, regardless as to whether it's positive or negative, could be the result of some kind of childhood issue? YOU ARE BLOWING MY MIND, CELEBRITY REHAB. |

Haven is Awesome! It is like Scooby Doo. If Scooby Doo was about crazy mutants putting everyone in town in danger with there craziness.
I think that's Dice Clay in the picture who are the other douche bags?
Breaking Bad and Curb for me.
That is the quintessential "douchebag" image, knocking off the old favorite "orange guy with spiky hair doing the pouty face pose for cameras."
Really not enjoying the new season of torchwood the first two episodes have been less than stellar
I said this before, but one of my favorite parts of Crank 2 was that they subtitled her even though she was speaking English.
Entourage is a good show and given how last season ended I am curious as to how this season will go. And how it will end, of course.

I love ENTOURAGE. But I'm way behind. That image above with Andrew Dice Clay and Caan looks amazing. What the hell is going on? Don't tell me.
chea!
I'd check out Haven for Emily Rose and that is it.
Breaking Bad and Curb are back, Entourage is almost over. There is indeed a God. Last week's Curb was spectacular and Breaking Bad was the spectacularest.
Don't forget it's worth it just to watch Emily Rose. A.k.a. the woman who does the performance capture for Elena Fischer in Uncharted. Who is, in fact, in real-life, a gorgeous and totally cute blonde. WHY ISN'T SHE IN EVERY TV SHOW!!!
Breaking bad and Entourage for me at least.
Can't wait for Breaking Bad.
