What to Watch: Thursday
| 1. Community 8:00pm on NBC Yes! | |
| 2. 30 Rock 8:30pm on NBC Yes! | |
| 3. The Office 9:00pm on NBC Eh? This episode will center around Robert California, which always adds a little spice, but I've never been able to get back in to it after Ed Helms being made the boss debacle. I know after "The Hangover" he is arguably the biggest star but for me, that character was the wrong choice for that role for so many reasons. | |
| 4. Scandal 10:00pm on ABC I am shocking myself to put a Shonda Rimes show on a recommend list because I couldn't dislike Grey's Anatomy more (sorry if you love it) but contrary to what I expected, I kind of liked this show. I'm not sure if it's really good or I'm just a sucker for witty banter but I'll be going in for a second round. | |
| 5. Punk'd 10pm on MTV Reality TV: It has been revived and I can't get mad at the idea of seeing Snooki get a prank played on her. I just hope it's really funny…and really awful. |

Wait Ashton Kutcher is still hosting Punk'd?!
Wow.
@ThePhantomStranger: Sorry, I probably should have mentioned it's formatted a little differently and it has a celebrity guest host every week, but still it IS back.
@staceywi: Did you know that you can add captions to the images you post? Just helping you (and your questionable sense of humor) out there. ;)
I need Parks and Rec in my life again. Still, Thursday is the best nights.
For tonight:
1.) Community
2) 30 Rock
3) Sleep
@Bigheart711: Your little mouse man makes me laugh...and no I didn't, but I do now. Let's see if my sense of humor can figure out how to use them?!
@nofx4208: I agree! I just wish they would switch Up All Night with Parks and Rec, and make it truly the best.
Punk'd is still a thing wow
Huzzah for more Community something about the rise or history of Vampires,,,,Ahbed will make some sorta reference and I'll laugh.
I caught the last bit of Scandal if that was the show that was on around the time Castle was on. I'm a dude so not exactly ABCs market but eh could be good.
Is Archer over? :(
I think that's what we all thought, before we actually watched it. It makes a shocking amount of sense, and really helps to flesh out Andy's character. He's similar to Scott in a few ways that make it feel pretty natural; funny-because-it's-unfunny sense of humor, desperate need to be liked by everyone, fear of women, etc. But still different enough for it to feel new.
Helms makes perfect sense for me as manager. Dwight has already been manager twice. Jim already somewhat filled that position. Pam makes zero sense no matter how you look at it. Everyone else is a second tier character and wouldn't be able to fill the spotlight. So... don't know what the eff you're talking about.
@gangly: I think what you said is a bit of my problem. Andy feels so similar that it just makes me miss Michael Scott that much more. Although I have to admit, I never connected to his character from the beginning, so I was biased already. However, I agree with that I'm not sure that there was a better choice, but sadly, for me it just made me love the show less once Steve Carrell left. I'm glad if it didn't for you though!
On Punk'd did Snooki get punched again?
It'd be awesome if it was kind of like Vince McMahon's fake death by car explosion...
