| 1. Big Brother 9:00pm on CBS – Season Premiere Big Brother returns for its fourteenth season. Will someone please explain to me how they still keep this show interesting? | |
| 2. Anger Management 9:30pm on FX I have given it a shot, and now I kind of wish Charlie Sheen would just go away. It doesn't feel like there is anything spectacular about this show and I'm kind of sick of his "schtick". However, if you like it, in tonight's episode Kate starts a war when she steals one of Charlie's group patients. | |
| 3. Rookie Blue 10:00pm on ABC I have been remiss in not including it on Thursday nights as there is a lot of great police-ing that happens in this show. On tonight's episode, Shaw's daughter witnesses a brutal stabbing and then, when she goes missing, officers try to track her down. | |
| 4. Suits 10:00pm on USA Eric Close returns as Travis Tanner comes back around and Louis and Mike finally see eye-to-eye. | |
| 5. Wilfred 10:00pm on FX Wilfred wages war on an unlikely foe and Ryan has to intervene before it goes too far. | |
| 6. Louie 10:30pm on FX Louie + Miami = Awesome Louie |

How's this season of Louie doing? I heard it had better ratings but I haven't watched any episode yet.
Finally got you to put Rookie Blue on here.
Also, I can't help you on the Big Brother question. I don't get it either.
Can someone explain how big brother even works? I've randomly tried to watch it but their voting process and format have always looked just dumb to me.
@MrMazz: Every week they have a contest for someone to win Head of Household, they can nominate two people to be voted out of the house. Also during that week they have an immunity contest, which means the winner cannot be nominated for removal. Then everyone votes for the two nominees to be voted out.
A lot of back room deals and lies and alliances happens. And a lot of shitty people are put on the show.
Well last week I told I'd watch Wilfred and I'd watch Louie, so I know what I'll be doing from 10 till 11 tonight. It will be the first time I watch Louie so wish me luck.
@the_referee: The first 2 seasons are on Netflix instant if you have it.
I started up Louie like 3 months ago, and now I'm midway through season 2. Amazing show, and I love how it doesn't really have a format. Almost feels like a stream of consciousness thing much of the time.
Big Brother is my singular TV guilty pleasure. It's the only reality TV show that I watch. The sick and enjoyable part of it all is just watching how people attempt to game this confined social system. It's very difficult to remain consistently safe in the game so the best players are generally working a ton of different angles. Sometimes it can be a real chore to watch because of some of the contestants personalities.
The challenges are also pretty inventive and surprisingly elaborate at times which can be fun.
Yay!
Another episode of Louie! I can't get enough of this series! XD

Well, maybe better ratings, but I'm finding it a tad bit weaker than the previous 2. I mean, there's barely any bits of standup anymore bookending the show/stories. Just one little at the beginning. The stories are a bit more "on-going", following up from one episode unlike the more self-contained feel the show had previously. I saw there's even a two-parter coming up next.
The show is still funny and all... but the episodes have been a bit simpler and more straightforward lately.. nothing you wouldn't see from a standard sitcom... but it's only the beginning of S3. Hopefully it gets better.
