The end of both Mad Men and Veep have almost drained Sunday dry. Luckily a few shows still remain to keep us entertained including the dumb reality show Big Brother. Hopefully we get a new wave of summer replacements soon. I'd rather have choice in good shows to watch rather than feel forced since nothing better is on.
What To Watch
1. Big Brother
Sunday, CBS 8pm: The one thing I never understood is why Big Brother had to air on different nights of the week. If you need to split everything up just make it a 2 hour show. Of course this allows the show to put on live eliminations and let you feel more like a creeper watching real people live in a house with cameras.
2. The Killing
Sunday, AMC 9pm: Sarah and Holder finally catch up with the newest victim. I haven't been watching this season, only saw chunks of the first, so I'm wondering how this season is holding up? Does it feel like the first or are they expanding further out in the plot?
3. True Blood
Sunday, HBO 9pm: Burrell has begun his crackdown on vampires in earnest. I guess having vampires being hunted is better than watching another show or movie that pits vampires and werewolves against one another based on a couple in love. I get that twilight made money but I think it's time we find something else to cash in on.
