| 1. Fringe 9:00pm, Friday on FOX - Season Finale Leonard Nimoy (William Bell) returns for the season finale and he tries to merge the universes. Looks like it is going to be a huge finale in the lore of Fringe-ness and all I can say is thank goodness it isn't the series finale. I'm not ready to say goodbye to Walter yet. | |
| 2. CSI: NY 9:00pm, Friday on CBS - Season Finale Mac is fighting for his life after being shot. Will he survive? Will the show survive? That is the big question. | |
| 3. Desperate Housewives 9:00pm, Sunday on ABC - Series Finale No, I do not like this show and no I will not watch this, but a lot of people did at some point and it's now over and I say goodbye and good riddance. | |
| 4. Sherlock 9:00pm on PBS Second episode of Sherlock Season 2 on Masterpiece Mystery! And Sherlock and Watson investigate the Baskerville experiments. | |
| 5. Mad Men 10:00pm, Sunday on AMC Betty is finally back and Don becomes competitive. Curious what will happen with Don and Megan's new "working situation"…or lack thereof. | |
| 6. Game of Thrones 9:00pm, Sunday on HBO Jaime Lannister is finally on! That is enough to make me uber excited about this weeks episode. | |
| 7. Veep 10:00pm, Sunday on HBO I'm still watching, but am I still loving? I just don't know. Thoughts? | |
| 8. Girls 10:30pm, Sunday on HBO Hannah propositions her boss. Well, I guess at least she has a job now. |

Agreed!
Looks like another Young Justice,Legend of Korra,Game of Thrones,Avengers,Sherlock weekend. Tron Uprising special preview next Friday.
Hound of the Baskervilles is one of my favorite Sherlock Holmes stories its sooo weird. I first saw the Peter Cushing movie, also starring Christopher Lee and it scared me something about the corny effect of the devil dog freaked my 10 year old self out.
Sherlock was great last weekend. Hound of Baskerville will be interesting to see in motion. I wonder how they play around with the supernatural aspects of the story.
Also, What to Watch is suspiciously missing most of the weekend shows I watch (Legend of Korra, Young Justice, Cops, Bob's Burgers, and more!)
I remember reading the Hound of the Baskervilles in the 8th grade. I really curious as to how they will adapt this one.
@Lurkero: These are really Good, I watch them already! the dvds come out the the 22 on Netflix
@Acura_Max: it was awesome!
Friday? Friday? Got to get down on Friday?
...I'm sorry. I'll leave.
Game of Thrones for me on Sunday :).

Love this show, not having HBO makes this and Sherlock the only shows I watch Sunday nights.

I must admit I don't know Young Justice or Legend of Korra...assume I should educate myself?? And Bob's was just a sad mistake of an omission on my part...love that show so much!

I don't expect the staff at Screened to acknowledge every show that is new on TV. It wouldn't be worth the effort to do a what to watch if the person writing it doesn't know about some of the shows they are mentioning. It should be partly personal and partly community based.
Korra and Young Justice are action cartoons that I (and many others) enjoy watching. Not sure if there is a rule against kid shows being on the list. If you don't like animated action shows then don't bother.
@staceywi: If you have free time there are worse things to do than watch Legend of Korra, which you can on Nick.com (they add the latest ep within a day or two). It'd be interesting to see someones thoughts on Korra who hasn't seen Avatar the Last Airbender. If your into superheroes and stuff Young Justice fills that niche really well.
Amazed at how far behind this Sherlock showing is.
So last night I watched the first episode of Sherlock on Netflix for pretty much no particular reason at all. It was good but didn't grab me. I suspect it must get quite a bit better as it goes on.

I'm a pretty huge Holmes fan in all his incarnations, so I admit I'm a bit biased, but the 3rd episode of Season 1 is well worth getting through the first 2, even if you're not blown away by them. Some amazingly suspenseful stuff, especially considering that (before the Guy Ritchieflick, at least) these stories used to be considered to be pretty dry and emotionless.
