| 1. Comedy Bang! Bang! 10:00pm on Friday, IFC - Series Premiere Scott Aukerman (the former Mr. Show writer) turns his podcast in to television show that will explore the worlds of podcasting, improv, variety and late night talk. Pretty much if you like laughing at all…watch this! | |
2. Bunk 10:30pm on Friday, IFC - Series Premiere Game show where a panel of comedians compete in insane challenge and win surreal prizes. In tonight's episode Kumail Nanjiani appears and if he is half as good as his stand-up, he should do great. | |
| 3. Ice Hockey 8:00pm on Saturday, NBC (Check Local Listings for Live times) Watch the Los Angeles Kings win the Stanley Cup (Here's to hoping) | |
| 4. 2012 Tony Awards 8:00pm on Sunday, CBS If you can't make it to New York, the Tony's give a pretty entertaining look at what is on Broadway right now while they honor the greats of theater. | |
| 5. Mad Men 10:00pm on Sunday, AMC After last weeks episode, I am a little afraid of the aftermath at the agency. I really just hope Don doesn't spiral. Oh, and I'm not ready for it to be over! | |
| 6. True Blood 9:00pm on Sunday, HBO – Season Premiere I'm not going to try not to be mad that it replaced Game of Thrones, which I am still weeping over the loss of for foreseeable future. Sookie and the Vampires are back and ready to suck some more blood. | |
| 7. Veep 10:00pm on Sunday, HBO – Season Finale Selina travels to Ohio and tears up in a meeting. What an uplifting and fun episode. |

I was gonna write something pointless and snarky concerning True Blood and "sucking", but now I'm just kind of bewildered and impressed to see that we actually have an Ice Hockey page. Go Screened!?
Well I'm certainly down to watch Comedy Bang! Bang! for sure and though I'm usually down with all Syfy movies, I'm not completely sure if I will be able to endure the idea of Jersey Shore Shark Attack playing on Saturday. How could you not highlight such a dubious airing? For shame!
Hopefully the worst part of the show, Tara, is and will stay dead.
Is Veep any good? I heard each episode got better after a lackluster start.
True Blood baby, oh yeah. My ultimate guilty pleasure.
I miss the intelligent writing that this site used to represent. Now, it's like my 11 year old niece is texting me about her favorite shows, while simultaneously watching some dull reality programming that is sucking the smart right out of her soul. While you all get your writing skills up to par, how about finding an editor that can at least wade through the grammar inconsistencies so that some of us can, at the very least, salvage our memories of what this site was when Nevarro and Rorie put a suitable amount of effort into their articles. I apologize if I sound hateful, my intention is only to bring what appears to be lazy, sloppy writing to your attention in order for those of us who want to continue enjoying this site for what it should be, to have a chance to do so.

Dude, the first rule of writing on the internet is to never criticize someone's grammar, because inevitably you're gonna make some dumb mistake too and then just look like an asshole.
I agree that the writing on Screened has been, say, less in depth than it once was which I hope changes soon, but coming out of literally nowhere to just drop an offensively toned post isn't the right way to change things for the better.
@gangly: Apparently it's been so long I kind of forgot Alex's name. Also, this rant has been building for awhile now and I just happened to be here when the proverbial camel was overburdened with one too many pieces of straw. This country seems to be sliding towards blissful ignorance and I don't want to watch it happen without warning. You are right, It did come out of nowhere and I don't want to discourage anyone from writing, or sound like I'm better than anyone, I just wish people would read and reread before sending their thoughts out to the world. Asshole out. 'Til my next rant.
@FinalDasa: I've been loving Veep. Julia Louis Dreyfus is phenomenal.
No mention of "The Killing"......part one of two part season finale which will reveal the real killer.
Every year I say I'm not going to watch True Blood because the last season sucked, and every year I watch anyway. Hell it's taping on my pvr right now. I could stop it. But I won't...
I still find True Blood really entertaining
