What to Watch: Weekend

All Hail the Return of King Walt!

What to Watch: Weekend

1. Comedy Bang! Bang!

10:00pm on Friday, IFC

Scott and Paul Rudd discover they both love mime…I mean, who doesn't love mime?

2. Leverage

8:00pm on Sunday, TNT – Season Premiere

The team is now setting up shop in their new home in Portland and they con a CEO into buying the Spruce Goose.

3. True Blood

9:00pm on Sunday, HBO

Sookie has a sense of foreboding and Roman reveals his plans for Russell. By the way, how is this season? I haven't been watching, but curious if I should be.

4. Breaking Bad

10:00pm on Sunday, AMC – Season Premiere

I'm still catching up on last season so ignoring any news about the premiere, but pretty much the news is Walt is back!!Don't worry, I'll be done by Sunday, so look out for a recap.

5. The Newsroom

10:00pm on Sunday, HBO

I was ready to be done with this show, but I found last weeks episode to be the most entertaining (yet, still with some problems) and hope that trend continues. This week Will lands in the tabloids and Don asks Maggie to set Jim up with her roommate. Who thinks she is going to get jeaaaalous?

6. Vampyre Nation
9:00pm on Saturday, SyFy

SyFy MOW this week is a story where humans and vampires co-exist after a synthetic blood substitute is found. It is also known as True Bloodthirst and that can answer many questions about its origins. Oh, it sounds as ridiculous and wonderful as ever.

I choose the right time to get back into Breaking Bad, and by proxy get my roommate into it. I'd suggest avoiding anything on AMC until you're caught up because the commercials spoil the entire 4th season.

Awwwwww...no mention of Vampyre Nation AKA True Bloodthirst as your SyFy channel movie of the week this Saturday? So much sadness I must dwell in. Also this weeks Sunday Silent Feature on TCM is a collection of Georges Melies for those interested in such glorious things.

@Daemon: I knew I was missing something, I knew it! It has been amended :)

Man, I'm watching Breaking Bad right now and I'm in Season 3. I just hope Season 4 gets put on Netflix soon.
