I vow as of this very moment to not only see every movie Nic Cage puts out, but to go back and see every movie of his I haven't seen.  I know I have a big task ahead of me in covering his entire filmography but it is a challenge I am willing to accept.  Anyone else with me on this grand journey?

I will watch any Nic Cage movie if it meets the following criteria:

  • Nic Cage is in it.
  • It is not a National Treasure movie.

I've seen most of his earlier films. I still haven't seen Deadfall, but I've seen some clips and it looks amazing.

I just can't keep the Nic Cage promise. It sounds good on paper, but in actuality, it's just too hard a task.

Well, if you haven't seen Wild at Heart yet, do it right away! :)

Adaptation and The Weather Man- gotta love them, mainly because of the great directors behind them.

A universal favorite, I think, is Raising Arizona!

... anyway, fuck yes on this promise.

I've only seen a handful of Nic Cage films, actually. Kick-Ass, Drive Angry, Season of the Witch (yeah, don't ask), Ghost Rider, Adaptation, Wicker Man, Knowing and Bad Lieutenant. I need to catch up on the classics. I'll partake on this adventure with you, OP. Just give me another two weeks or so. After finals, it'll be smooth sailing.

@VinceNotVance: Yo, where's Face/Off?

Face/Off is amazing and one of the best examples of incredibly obvious stuntmen. Not having main actors who are willing to defy death on a daily basis must have been a pain for John Woo.

I'm afraid I cannot commit myself to such a daunting task. There's too long a list for me to even entertain the idea; I mean, you want me to watch G-Force and The Sorcerer's Apprentice? No thank you, but I wish you well on your mission.

I've never seen it in full. Sad, I know. That and Con Air I really need to watch, no question.

I have been watching Nic Cages back catalogue recently. Just watched Vampires Kiss a while ago, and ive got face/off on the rental list! I tried to make the proper Nic Cage promise, but I resented having to pay money to go to the cinema to see em. Especially with the price of 3D movies. I promised to watch them all on dvd though!

Not yet, I am currently watching Raising Arizona and hopefully I'll see Drive Angry before it is out of the 3-d theaters which is likely the end of this week.
