Nicolas Cage Charged Over 'Domestic Abuse'

It happened, he finally went over the cliff and went full crazy.  Cage has been charged with domestic abuse battery, disturbing the peace and public drunkenness in New Orleans and been released on $11,000 bail. It should be interesting to see what happens with his announced projects like ghost rider if the allegations on him appear to be serious. There is a bunch of new stories out there on the internet here is one. I found it funny that  the last forum post on screened about Mr.Cage is about the freakout at a Romanian club.

I hope it's not as bad as it sounds. Nicolas Cage has entertained me years and yes I loved Ghost Rider. I know it's wrong to over look situations like this and if the allegations are proven he should suffer. But I hope it all turns out pleasant for all involved.

Maybe whenever he's somewhere that a character he's portrayed has been then he can't help but behave as that character.
I just hope he never goes to Vegas, especially by plane.

err. holy shit. not only was he bailed out for $11,000... but he was bailed out by DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER. From the article:

"  In a statement, E! quotes the bounty hunter (a.k.a. Duane Chapman): "Media from around the world have been requesting interviews with me today after reports surfaced about my posting a bond for actor Nicolas Cage in New Orleans....I am a truly dedicated fan of Mr. Cage and will not be granting any interviews about my client as I wish to respect his privacy. I performed my duties as a bail bondsman and not in connection with our show."

What the fuck kind of world is it where the bounty hunters are bailing people out!!
