Breaking away from her office she arrives at her car in the second underground parking lot level (P2) to find that her car won’t start. Laden with Christmas gifts for her family she attempts to find help from a parking lot security guard named Thomas. Despite Tom’s attempt to jump-start her car, the car will not start.
Bidding Thomas adieu Angela ascends to the lobby of her building and calls a cab. When the cab arrives she finds that she is locked inside of her office building. Angela descends back into the now darkened parking garage to find Thomas to have him unlock the building. Thomas sneaks up behind Angela with chloroform and renders her unconscious.
Thomas then handcuffs Angela’s wrists together behind her back and escorts her down to parking level four (P4) to show her a surprise. There Angela finds her office co-worker Jim Harper. Jim has been bound, gagged and tied to an office chair. Thomas believes that since Jim sexually assaulted Angela after a drunken Christmas party, Jim deserves to be punished. Angela attempts to dissuade Thomas from punishing Jim by telling him that she has forgiven Jim. Thomas does not listen and brutally beats Jim with a flashlight. He then rams Jim repeatedly with his car, killing Jim. During the chaos of the murder Angela manages to kick off her high heels and escape Thomas, fleeing into the parking garage.
Angela returns to the portacabin and steals several keycards. She then attempts to use a cell phone to call for help but drops her phone out of reach before contacting help. Angela evades Thomas and seeks safety inside of an elevator. Thomas then attempts to flush Angela out of the elevator by filling the elevator with water from a fire hose. The elevator bursts open and Angela spills out into a hallway.
To terrorize Angela Thomas plays Elvis Presley’s Blue Christmas over the parking lot intercom. Angela seizes a fire axe and begins to destroy the security cameras that Thomas uses to track Angela. She eventually makes her way back to Thomas’s office where she sees a video of Thomas molesting her body while she was unconscious. Thomas surprises Angela, tasers her, rendering her unconscious.
Meanwhile, two police officers arrive at the parking lot to investigate Angela’s call for help. While suspicious of Thomas, they find nothing out of order and eventually leave. Angela awakens to find herself locked in the truck of her car. She manages to break the lock and escape. She encounters Thomas and he unleashes Rocky the Rottweiler to catch her. Angela fights Rocky, killing him with a tire iron. Looking for safe haven, Angela breaks into a nearby car rental office. Thomas enters the office only to have Angela spray him in the face with disinfectant. Angela then takes the keys for a rental car and drives away.
On her way to the exit, she is side-swiped by Thomas’s car. Angela and Thomas engage in a game of chicken. Angela loses control of her vehicle, flipping the car over and knocking herself unconscious. Thomas opens the door to seize Angela. Regaining consciousness in the nick of time, Angela stabs Thomas in the eye and handcuffs him to the car. As she is about to leave Thomas unleashes a torrent of vicious insults. Taking his taser, Angela ignites a stream of gasoline leading to the car, burning Thomas to death.
Having survived her captivity Angela walks out of the parking garage, bloodied and battered into night of Manhattan where emergency vehicles can be seen arriving in the distance.
