How long do we have to wait for a Whiskey music site?
Hmmmm. Interesting. And yes, Stephen, I like the music site idea!!!
I wouldn't mind info on what bike Rorie rides/ general cycling talk (not very exciting but interesting).
Music is so much more diverse than just about any other art medium , so its gotta be really hard to cover all genres equally, so I don't know if they'll make a music site.

They were talking about a book website about half a year ago but haven't said any thing since then.
This could be interesting.
And again, a music site would be awesome. Even if it's just a wiki with freelancers, man. Could be great.
Huh. I have to admit that I hadn't heard of any of your recommendations, which is cool. Time to expand my musical horizons.
Very interesting, Rorie. In fact, like me, a lot of other WM members are interested in a music site. ;)
One of my favorite bands, amiina, very mellow music.
@andriv: I've never heard them before, but that was utterly fantastic. Thank you.

I knew I recognized that voice (Joanna Newsom) from somewhere. It was also used in a Roots song too.
Pandora's box.
Need that Whiskey music site soon.
Also, woo Sleater-Kinney love.
Cool stuff! Nothing I have heard of being, but I listened to a few of Rainer Maria songs on spotify and they are pretty neat.
I agree that a Whiskey Music site would be great! I am sure they would find a good way to hook us in.
@andriv: I remember seeing them years ago opening for Sigus Ros and then played along with Sigur Ros for most of their show. You can hear similarities between amiina and Sigur Ros instrumentals. Good stuff.
I am waiting for a whiskey media music site too.
I'm completely serious. I'm looking for a job.
Joanna Newsom and Songs Ohia are fantastic! Good choices. :) Also, if you haven't listened to it, I'd recommend you check out Yeasayer's first album "All Hour Cymbals". It's a good bit upbeat from the bands you spoke about in this video, but worth a shot. Yeasayer - No Need to Worry. Oh, and you might be into First Aid Kit as well.
