I'm convinced that someday there will be a great film adaptation of a video game, but Metal Gear's story is pretty bizarre. Some of the fourth wall-breaking humor would seem strange to the average movie goer. They'd probably have to streamline the basic story. Although it would be hilarious if David Hayter wrote the screenplay.

I like the Phoenix Wright games, so I'll definitely check the movie out. I just hope it doesn't get overloaded with different court cases, which would feel too rushed for a film.
