I'm not ashamed to say that the only reason I'm going to see this is because Christopher Nolan is involved in it. Say what you will, but whatever. And Russell Crowe as Superman's father? @Genkkaku: Well maybe Bane didn't really die. I think, like the ending of that film, they intended to leave it open to possibly another director to take the helm and then make up some bullshit that Bane somehow survived. I don't know if that's really a good or a bad thing, but I'd like to think that that's what they wanted to do all along. But yes, I agree with ...

They did a blood transfusion from Dr. Pavel to the body in the bag so it would seem like he died during the plane "crash." He of course, is related to the nuclear fusion core later in the story.

It was a great film, satisfying end to the trilogy. It surely doesn't top The Dark Knight, but obviously, everybody knows that going into this movie. That's one of Nolan's traits I kind of have mixed feelings for; a complex introduction to a movie that is more plodding than anything exciting. But those plot devices do pay off eventually, and the movie builds on the awesome climax towards the end. ...
