1. Inception
Far and away the most popular film among the Screened community for 2010. Inception appeared on all but 4 lists and had a total score of 210. 210 points for best film of 2010?! Is this a dream? |

Far removed from Inception's commanding lead, and beating the number 3 movie by only 2 points, Social network comes in #2 with a score of 155. |

6. Kick-Ass
52 total points for the action-comedy with the sailor mouthed 12 year old. |
7. Black Swan
With a number of lists including a caveat that some of the last minute films were not yet released in a particular user's viewing area, I can't help but think Black Swan would have had more than 50 points in another month or two. |
8. The King's Speech
The first of tie of the list and the only one in the top 10, The King's Speech received the same 49 points as Winter's Bone, but enjoy's a slightly higher ranking due to more #1 list placements than its competitor. |

Jennifer Lawrence and company scare up 49 points for this dark tale and earn a tie with The King's Speech. |

12. The Town
Ben Afleck makes another list-worthy movie and the Town grabs 28 points from Screened users. I wonder when we stop being surprised at how good his films are. |
13. The Ghost Writer
Regardless of how you feel personally about the man, Roman Polanski seems to have impressed at least a few Screened users this year. Ghost Writer received 24 points in the listing. |
14. Four Lions
A film that many seem to have not seen yet, but that appeared feverishly high on the lists of those who have. Four Lions is #14 with 20 points. |

Mismatched marketing didn't fool the Screened community, who tossed 19 points to the American in a four way tie with the next 3 films. |

Also receiving 19 points....NOT YOU. |

18. Easy A
Emma Stone won our hearts with the last of the four way tie films. Easy-A earned 19 points. |
19. Let Me In
Chloe Moretz's second appearance on this list. This year's film derived from the same source material as Let the Right One In was expected to draw ire by many, but turned out to stand strongly on its own. 18 points for our number 19 film. |
20. Mother
17 points for Mother and another win for Joon-ho Bong with the highest ranked non-English language film on the list. |

A Few rabid fans won The Other Guys the last spot in the 15 point tie just shy of the list's end. |
25. The Book of Eli
Just squeaking on the last spot in the official 2010 Screened Community Best of, The Book of Eli earned 13 points. Someone should probably go tell Whiskey Media friend and writer of the film, Gary Whitta that we like him, too. |
Agreed on all accounts. And thanks to all for the kind words. This was a fun experiment that I hope we can rekindle next year!
I wasn't a Social Network fan myself but, I feel like the list is a pretty good representation of Screened at large...With some happy surprises in there, to boot.
Good job on the list anyway.
agreed :)
I'm glad to see that no one forgot about Winter's Bone.
