"All the Bonds," says the narrator, and the editor leaves out poor George Lazenby. Granted, he wasn't a very good Bond, but On Her Majesty's Secret Service is still a fun movie. Better than several of the others, some of which are TERRIBLE. Which is why I'd never buy a box set like this.

Wow. What an completely non-sexy trailer, and like Matt, I didn't see much "parody" either. This looks like a waste of a fun opportunity to raunch up such a squeaky-clean franchise. While the CG FX are surprisingly decent, this whole thing displays a sad lack of imagination. Slapping X's on everything doesn't count as visual parody. That's just lazy hack work. Check out "Flesh Gordon" for a porn parody that ...

This shows how desperate the Golden Globes are for any attention. After Gervais raked them over the coals last year for being a complete crock, they issued all sorts of public statements decrying him. But it was also the first time anyone paid any attenton to the show in ages. So in the name of ratings, they've come crawling back to him, willing to subject themselves to even more ridicule ...

Sounds awful. There's also the weirdness of making a film about "characters" that were so tied to the original performers. You end up with sad impersonation routines trying to pass as films. Like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYCKSnNPGow

This sounds every bit as awful as my first glimpse of the trailer told me it would. Folks, check out the 1973 version Alex mentioned. It's got swordfights, humor, hot ladies, and amazing cast, and it won't kill your brain cells as you watch it..

Another definite factor in choosing her is price. Marvel has made no bones about trying to keep budgets in control on their films. Hence casting relative unknowns in a lot of key roles. Most of the known-name people they have hired both in front and behind the camera weren't coming of huge hits, so they weren't obsenely expensive. Iron Man basically resurrected Robert Downey Jr.'s career, for example. Now, money isn't ...

I love a good western, and have a real soft spot for the Lone Ranger. That said, I have serious concerns about this project based soley on that ridiculous budget. Sounds like they're headed far more in the direction of WILD WILD WEST instead of THE WILD BUNCH, and that scares me. The western genre holds up to a lot of different takes and styles, but it doesn't blend well ...

To all the fine voices of compassion stating that Kirby just did his job, was paid the going rate, and Marvel doesn't owe him or his estate a dime, so his family can go get stuffed: Technically, you're right. That doesn't make it fair. And before you all jump down my throat with stuff like "Tough shit for dead artists who were bad businessmen," let me just say I'm knowingly ...

It conveys nothing essential and adds more downtime to an already ponderous movie. Interesting concept, but not great in execution, and no help to the movie as a whole. That it got this far in post production is a bit surprising. Usually an effects sequence this expensive and inessential gets cut while it's still in rough form.Damn, that movie was a weird mish-mash of new and old ideas.

Looks pretty damn good. The cast has tons of promise. I love the idea of Albert Brooks playing the baddie. I knew nothing about this one until watching this trailer, and now it's high on my must-see list.

Seems like a pointless remake of such a recent (and well-done) film. Sony's just milking the movie rights while they can, and throwing in some Twilight-style angst (and hairdo) to pander to current trends. Bah!

People can be dicks on their birthday, so if you're surrounded by dicks, maybe it's everyone's birthday! (Or just yours).
