Hidden Gems » Mind Game (2004)

Mind Game.
An animated movie from Japan, but don't let that stop you. This is not Dragonball Z..

A rollercoaster from start to finish. A mind-blowing, surreal and always funny story about living life to the fullest.
Strongly recommended, even if you normally dont like anime or animated movies in general. A wonderfull, life affirming movie who succesfully mixes many animation techniques as we literally follow our every-day hero into the belly of the beast.

General Discussion » Official Horror Film Fan Club

The Shining, not the scariest but one of the best made horror movies ever.

Dark Water, Ringu and Kairo. Long haired japanese girls are close to being a cliche now, but it was the scariest thing I've ever seen when Ringu first came out.
Out of the more recent horror movies I really liked [Rec], especially the end.

General Discussion » Your Favorite Kubrick Film?

One of my favourite directors ever. All his movies are good but if I had to choose I would go with Clockwork Orange or The Shining.
