Just thought I'd remind folks about this site that Mike20 and Takashichea have set up. To Hollywood and Beyond All are welcome to join in and contribute to the wiki. It's still in it's infancy but is slowly taking shape. I am there a lot at the moment transferring my wiki content across and helping with other content too. Don't hesitate to message any of us over there if you ...

You might get lucky and find a favourite page but don't count on it.

I couldn't resist a humorous angle. I love the original movie. So many great quotes.Anyway, I grew to love this site and enjoyed contributing to the wiki. It was nice seeing such a dedicated community doing what they could to make this a better site day by day. I'll miss the wiki. As bugged as it was, it was still better than a lot of other wiki sites out there ...

@djames216 said:@takashichea @mike20I am willing to contribute to this new wiki you are setting up but I know very little in the way of html. Do you think that is a workable method?I also had some minor thoughts on a front page. Just ...

And you make a good point, Tumblr seems well suited for reviews. The only thing I'm not sure about is the ease of navigation of posts over time. Especially when there are a lot to sift through. ...

I've just opened my first Tumblr account and uploaded a couple of drafts of my wiki stuff. For wiki content, I can see Tumblr being a place you may want to store your content as a backup and your own personal reference as opposed to a full-blown browsable wiki. http://djames216.tumblr.com/

@ElHa said:Well it's better than nothing of course, but I'm also not sure how a wikia can compare to Screened in anyway. I mean the whole review-system will be different and so on, but I find the idea interesting...Something that I also don't like about the Wikia is that there's hardly a way to make it look unique in terms of design.Edit: Has anyone of the top reviewers and moderators ...

@ElHa said:Nice idea, but the problem is: Why should one use this wikia and not Wikipedia? It's all a matter of preference at the end of the day. Plus it seems like you could create a focused community on Wikia which is not something Wikipedia seems particularly suited to.

I know it's early days for your new wikia but it would be useful if a front page with categories and sub-categories was made. A good front page is always a great starting point, especially for new users and for people who just want to browse the content.

It's a positive step but I assume you are not just copy pasting other people's work from here into this new wiki without their permission?

Just thought I'd put a link here to the Club Hub thread on AnimeVice. Presumably that will be where the intended TV/Movie club will appear at some point.http://www.animevice.com/forums/general-discussion/1/club-hub-create-join-clubs-for-games-sports-more/342807/

Are there any plans to put a forum thread on GB or AV for the Screened community? It would seem to be a good idea in order to keep in touch with folks, float ideas about possible alternatives to Screened etc. after it shuts down.

Farewell Screened. I'll miss the community and the wiki.
