One of the few things that bring me back to Screened. Very interesting take, wish you had talked about more of the going ons in the episode though.

Very diverse list, I'll have to check out The Artist is Present, have never heard of it before!

@rem25 said:I'm super excited to see Charlie Hunnaman in something other than SoA. Hearing British Idris Elba creeps me out, but reminds me I need to watch Luther at some point. You really do need to watch Luther. I chewed through it the past week and it is quite brilliant, imagine a grittier Sherlock. Bring on Idris Elba cancelling the apocalypse!

Really annoyed I didn't catch Rust & Bone in the cinema. Seems like a pretty typical nomination lot.

Pleasure to be finally introduced. I like Screened a lot, really invigorated my interest in movies, hopefully we get it back to its former glory!

A lot of Sci-Fi and Fantasy this year, interesting, not that i'm complaining. Tom Cruise always has the most generic character names, he might as well just be called Tom Cruise.

I hope this new group isn't just cannon fodder for when the Governor comes rolling in.

JGL is the new Batman, thats not up for discussion, it's fact. However that is just in the Nolanverse. They will definitely have a Batman film that introduces us to a new Batman that jives well with supernatural folk. What i'm curious about is If this new Superman film bombs, will they still make still make this Justice League film? With Batman being incompatible and the Green Lantern sorely under ...

I found Season 8 to be surprisingly fresh, Steve Carell was fantastic but he needed to leave when he did or I would have left. I'm looking forward to this!

@VioletEyedDragon: Ra's al Ghul's plan was basically a less theatrical version of Bane's plan in TDKR, let Gotham tear itself apart using it's fear against it. Bruce also had to confront his fear of death, symbolised in the form of Bats. He turns his fear into a weapon in order to strike terror in the crime lords while giving hope to the everyman. Ra's al Ghul and Bruce have very ...

Batman Begins has some of the best dialog, some of Ra's al Ghuls lines hit so hard. Especially this one "But I know the rage that drives you. That impossible anger strangling the grief, until the memory of your loved one is just... poison in your veins. And one day, you catch yourself wishing the person you loved had never existed so you'd be spared your pain." It's pacing is ...

It's annoying, because a lot of the actors from the original trilogy are so perfectly cast, shame Last Stand messed things up so royally. I say they just continue on with First Class timeline and leave the other in the dust, Fassbender and McAvoy are excellent and damn can he pull off that helmet, hopefully the same can be said about a bald McAvoy.
