Drive Angry.... God I love The Cage.

End of Watch avoided the key thing I hate in near all found footage films, and that is that it didn't just show only found footage throughout.

I really didn't see the hand cutting coming. I honestly thought Jamie was untouchable. I'm not really sure why, from all I've heard of the books and seen in the show, I should never have made such an assumption. Will be really interesting to see what happens with the character, one of the people I'm more interested.

More interested then i thought I'd be. The 2nd really was too much of a carbon copy, so that they are taking it in a new direction is fine by me. The cast is great, the chemistry between them is there and they might just knock it out of the park not being bound by the shackles of the 1st film.It will make the title somewhat redundant however if no ...

@rem25 said:@Funky_Pasta_Tommy said:You say over-thinking, I say your needlessly defending.I love what the show is capable of, I just don't allways gel with how it is now and given the backstage rumblings and constant change in writers, I'm not the only one. The main problem is my patience is worn thin. Count yourself lucky that you still clearly have patience and forgiveness left in you after season 2, as I'm ...

@rem25 said:Again, I think you're over-thinking the fight at the prison. The Governor's army were normal civilians and while they may be good shots, they fought the zombies at a distance and were never in danger even if they reached the walls of Woodbury. All of that changes when they enter unfamiliar territory, get blindsided by the smoke grenades and sirens, which bring out the walkers. They panic and flee, ...

I love this show.As always, they let things play out in a way I could have never expected, but could never dislike. I can't be the only one who thought Winona being held at gun point was going to be a far longer ordeal, but no, Justified decided Raylan is just gonna do his thing right then and there.I'm always left impressed at how well this show goes its own ...

@rem25: I literally woud have had her stay strapped down in the chair the whole time. No possible hope of escape, just the horror of knowing you're done for unless someone else comes to save you. Imagine what a gruesome way to meet your end that would be? Chilling stuff and another missed opportunity to make the audience see how dark and horrible the world they live in can be. ...

I'm not gonna say this finale was shockingly bad, but it wasn't good. The highlight was Andrea finally meeting her god damn end and even then I wish it was done differently. The concept of letting a man slowly die in front of a prisoner, so that prisoner has to watch them turn before being eaten alive is genius. I mean, thats dark and I loved it. I just wished it ...

Good read.Hot damn I enjoy Justified. It's a show that continues to defy others in its story telling. It never goes with a easy fix, or huge shoot out under some false pretense that it has to. The guys making it know what stories they want to tell and how they want to tell them and I have an awful lot of respect for them on that front. I think ...

@rem25: It will generally tend to be to elements that belittle the characters for the sake of attempted drama and like I said, due to season 2 I have much less patience for it now.A small example that comes to mind is the raid on the prison by the governor. We have one of his men, on the tower raining down fire and none of the prison team can hit ...

@rem25: Up in the air is more a reference to some of the sloppyness from season two that at times has made its way back into the latter half of season 3.The first half right up to the mid season break was brilliant. I could barely fault any of it and it made it worth giving the show another go, but there still remain some of these infuriating moments in ...

This show remains so damn inconsistent. There was so much wrong with last weeks episode of Andrea and stealth zombies and then they throw this one at us and I just can't help but wish the show maintained it's class. When it gets things right it really gets them right. Daryl seeing his brother like that really was heartbreaking and that's something to say given what a piece of work Merle ...

It felt like a little bit of a missed opportunity to me.I enjoyed some of the ideas they were chasing, such as the pairing of of group member to have a chat with their opposites and some similarities being drawn between Rick and The Governor. Sadly, I just feel they didn't quite land as well as they could have.Nothing wrong with the odd slower episodes as they showed last week, ...

Shelby discussing his ex wife with Ellen May was also a very minor clue, but overall it came out of nowhere and I loved it.Again, just shows the faith the writers have in the characters they have already established throughout the series, no matter how small a part they may have seemed to play in the past and I'm all for it. It honestly reminds me of The Wire in ...

It episodes like this that I'd love to see more of. Maybe it's just me, but I find the change in humanity the most interesting aspect of the show and when this show nails it, it can really make you think. One think you skirted over that was probably my favourite part of the entire episode; their ignoring of the hitchhiker. Here's a guy begging for his life trying to get ...

If only they didnt have Paul fucking Walker.God that guy drives me crazy. I'll never be able to tell my friends that the part of me that wanted to see these films is growing, all the more so with The Rock being involved. They know my disdain of Walker....God damn it.

Loved the episode although I'll miss Arlo. It probably was his time and he went out like the son of a gun he is. His last words were perfection and show just how good this show is.I was hoping for some inspiring last words from Arlo, or even an apology and yet, much Like Raylan, I knew it would never come. The show down with the mobster hitman was equallay as ...

I really enjoyed it but some of the criticisms above do seem fair. For me, political shows really aren't my thing, but this show had that seedy edge that made me stick with it. Kevin Spacey was a big sell that probably got me in the door and I thoroughly enjoyed it.The marathon aspect certainly helped it and I'm all for new content being released in such a way. Some shows ...

I agree a slower episode and sometimes I do feel some of that slopppy writing has a chance to rear it's ugly head again when I watch episodes like this.Andrea. What a waste of a potentially good character. I just didn't buy any of her actions this episode and I can't help but feel thats down to the side of the writing. Her reaction to certain revelations was just mind ...
