Screencast » Podcast 'spoiler' idea...

@purple_proletarius Wait a minute. Because there's a life time's worth of material out there, no one can digest it all, therefore there will always be who you'll be spoiling?

Wouldn't that cut off any meaningful discussion of anything? "Blade Runner is a great movie that explores the nature of *SPOILER*" "Hamlet is a prime example of Shakpearean *SPOILER* which culminates in the *SPOILER* of *SPOILER*".

General Discussion » Who would you have fill in the couch with Rorie when Alex relocates?

@hack745 said:
" I think if they go a while without hiring a new in-house Editor, Ryan would help fill out the Screened...screen moments.

If they hire new right away, to add to the speculation, I noticed Patrick Klepek vacated his position at EGM...
"
This.

I hope everyone here likes Lost! I kid, I kid.

Screencast » Questions: March 15?

Alex's feature on 80's movies got me thinking: almost every movie from that era had a theme song associated with it. Top Gun had Danger Zone / Take My Breath Away, Ghost had Unchained Melody, The Breakfast Club had Don't You Forget About Me, to name just a few examples.

Nowadays, every movie seems to go the instrumental route. Whatever happened to the corny theme songs? Did pop music get too big?

And / or what are your favourite theme songs?

Not sure if this has been asked before, or if this can wait until Alex is back (he started it!). Thanks in advance.
