I'm pretty sure this movie was meant to be more fun than serious horror and while it fails in most regards as a movie, that music video at the end is phenomenal. It actually gives more personality to the characters than what was achieved in the entire movie.

Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire are both very good shows that I am more than happy to watch when I catch them at the right time. Breaking Bad is a show that I obsessively poured through all 33 episodes available on streaming Netflix in a matter of a week or so. To each his own, but my vote is definitely Breaking Bad.

The Tisch film school graduates dozens of people every year i'm pretty sure, so odds are Ratner isn't the only hack filmmaker to come out of there, he probably is just one of the more famous ones. That said, NYU is still considered one of the top film schools in the country, so that's a nice compliment for DeVry in there somewhere.
