This movie was bad but in all honesty no more offensive than the new Ghost Rider which they gave a 3. It is just an adam sandler movie, it is no better or worse than the rest of them. Save maybe Jack and Jill since Sandler has two roles in that film which makes it worse.

Really a two? I will be honest, it isn't going to get any awards save maybe a special effects nod but it was certainly better than you make it out to be. Sometimes I wonder if you guys don't take your movies slightly too seriously. Is this movie a 5? Hardly, but it certainly is at least a three.

Your article is well written and lucid. Too bad the guy filing the lawsuit is an idiot and therefore will not get it. That said... it is the other way around. They are selling you liquor and cigarettes at cost and hoping you buy a soda, some chips, or the gold mine which is whatever crappy in store food they peddle.

This was a foregone conclusion but it was all worth it for that end scene, it could not have been done better.

I sort of feel while logical this is a sucky sidegrade comparison. Mostly because you can say what you will but both movies (at least in my opinion) are actually pretty good. These features definitely need movies that basically stink like horrid camel ass for to reach full effect.I do agree with the ultimate conclusion though, of the two The Prestige is the better film.

Only reason this wasn't a best picture winner was because the highly over rated (in my opinion) titanic came out the same year I believe. This is by far the better movie and still stands as one of my favorites.
