Off-Topic » Introduce Yourself!

Hey I'm Kate. I really miss the podcast any chance it will be making a comeback? It was fun, informative and introducedme to tv and movies I wouldn't otherwise have heard of here in Ireland!

Off-Topic » What's your New Years Resolution?

Mine are to also read more and see more movies, I always have great intentions about seeing more but get lazy, I manage to read a good bit though. Also like everyone exercise more and eat less!! Am currently reading Wolf Hall, anyone else read it yet?? I love books and movies.

Prometheus » Will You Watch Alien Before Prometheus?

Saw Prometheus last night-I had never seen or heard anything about the Alien series apart from my boyfriend telling me about them. So as a result I had to watch Alien this morning. I highly recommend Promentheus no matter what your approach is to viewing it as it will stand alone even with its similarities to Alien (in my opinion) @rowen545 Guy Pearce is in it it - you won't know it's him! Fassbender is super too.

The Muppets » Facebook campaign to have the Muppets host the Oscars.

Muppets wouldn't have any diva-esque moments(excepting Miss Piggy) and the wardrobe budget would be zero(again excepting Miss Piggy!) Elmo and Kermit never wear any clothes, are cute and v v v funny....... Please let them host it, with B Crystal if needs be

Toy Story 3 » Let's talk about the ending (obvious spoilers)

barbie and ken are airheads and their main strength(!) is vanity and from that i guess they have a level of self preservation. i would think they didnt even consider the plight of the other toys.
